What this app is and how to use it

testcelador.com is a platform for preparing public exams with topic quizzes, mock exams, progress tracking, account security, and academy tools for teachers and students.

1. What the platform does

The app is designed to help you study in a practical, measurable, and progressive way. Its core is a question bank organized by topic from which you can launch quizzes, review results, and detect patterns in your mistakes.

For individual users

  • Topic quizzes.
  • Mock exams.
  • History, drafts, and metrics.
  • Account, sessions, and advanced security.

For academies and teachers

  • Student management and invitations.
  • Academy-owned exams.
  • Metrics by student and by exam.
  • Specific dashboards for teachers and administrators.

2. How to get started

  1. Create an account or sign in.
  2. Verify your email to fully activate the account.
  3. From the home page you will see the topics available for your profile.
  4. Select a topic, choose the number of questions, and click "Start quiz".
  5. If your plan or role allows it, you will also be able to use exam mode, advanced metrics, and academy features.

3. Topic quizzes

FREE PRO

The home page shows the topics visible to your user. Each row shows the code, title, scope, and available volume of questions. From there you can launch a quick quiz by choosing the number of questions.

  • In the FREE plan there is a maximum question limit per attempt.
  • In each topic detail view you can inspect the question bank and, where available, related topic-specific exams.
  • If you abandon an attempt, the system may keep it as a draft so you can resume it later.
  • Answers and results feed your history and later metrics.

The goal of quiz mode is to practice concrete blocks and spot recurring mistakes immediately.

4. Exam mode

PRO

Exam mode is aimed at more realistic mock tests. The intro screen groups global exams and, if you belong to an academy, academy-specific exams published for it.

  • Each exam shows duration, number of questions, availability window, and selection type.
  • During the exam the remaining time and progress are tracked.
  • If you leave before finishing, the attempt may be marked as incomplete or in progress.
  • Exam-mode results are reflected in specific metrics separated from quiz mode.
  • In some cases there may be a "wrong answers only" retry to reinforce missed questions.

5. History, drafts, and metrics

The platform does not only let you practice; it also lets you review what you have done and how you are progressing.

  • History lets you review completed attempts, filter results, and inspect details.
  • In-progress attempts lets you resume or discard drafts.
  • Metrics shows performance by topic, difficulty, and aggregate evolution.
  • Exam metrics separates exam-mode data from retries over mistakes.
  • Several views include CSV export for external analysis.

6. Account, sessions, and security

Your account area centralizes the personal and security aspects of your user.

Basic management

  • Edit your name and preferences.
  • Change email and password.
  • Resend verification.
  • Export your data.
  • Request account deletion or closure.

Security

  • Two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Recovery codes.
  • Sessions and trusted devices.
  • Revocation of other devices.
  • Alerts and account-sharing controls.

If you detect access you do not recognize, first review "Sessions & devices", change your password, and, if you want, enable 2FA.

7. Plans and billing

FREE PRO

The plans page summarizes the differences between free access and PRO access. The PRO plan unlocks advanced features such as exams, expanded metrics, academies, and less restrictive limits.

  • The FREE plan allows basic usage focused on topic quizzes.
  • The PRO plan is aimed at users who need mock exams, deeper tracking, and advanced functionality.
  • When online billing is active, purchasing and subscription management are handled through the configured payment gateway.
  • Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals, but does not automatically reverse periods that have already started.

8. Academies and teacher role

Teacher

If your account is linked to an academy, the platform can adapt visible topics, available exams, and metrics. The teacher role adds specific tools for following students.

  • Active academy selection when you belong to more than one.
  • Student invitation and management.
  • Teacher dashboard with a summary by student.
  • Creation and editing of academy-owned exams.
  • Academy metrics and exam statistics.

9. Administration and internal operations

Admin

The administrator role has additional tools to operate the platform. They are not part of normal student usage, but they explain part of the system behavior.

  • Management of users, academies, topics, questions, and bulk imports.
  • Account, device, risk, and login auditing.
  • Security dashboards, anti account-sharing controls, and technical review.
  • Global metrics, basic health, and support utilities.
