Subscription cancellation
You may cancel through the billing portal or support. Cancellation prevents future renewals and paid access remains available until the already-paid period ends, unless the law or a refund decision requires another outcome.
Withdrawal and immediate performance
Before checkout you must expressly request immediate activation. Statutory withdrawal rights and any proportional charge depend on the applicable consumer rules and the service already supplied.
Refund requests and support
Refund requests are assessed using the payment record, the service supplied and mandatory consumer law. Contact support with the billing reference; never send card data.
